Though, with all the hard work she puts in, is there anytime for play -- or even dating???

The XF judge and songstress recently opened up about all those rumors about her and One Directions Niall Horan, who she met for the first time at the VMAs!

Demi dished:

"There is nothing going on. Niall's my friend. I'm really happy for One Direction and the success that they've had. It just goes to show you how crazy this competition is to making stars and the success that they have. He's a good friend of mine."

Hmm... just friends? Suuuure... LOLz!

It seems Mz. Lovato is just focusing her attention on her career at the moment, but were sure Niall will be waiting! Ha!
