Im a big believer in the idea that if we dont believe in our abilities and our self-worth then others will not either. As I mentioned yesterday, over the weekend I learned to ride a motorcycle. It was a scary experience and, in the beginning, I doubted my ability to get it. And it show. I struggled to keep my bike on, I kept stalling, I just jerking to a stop when I managed to get goingall because I didnt have enough faith in myself to control the bike.
