On July the 15th, my Sunday Symposium celebrated my 85th birthday.A gift to me was an Alaska cruise on Holland- America in a Deluxe Veranda Suite.In Zen they say that the highest modes of experience transcend the reach of any language.That says it all in experiencing the grandeur of Alaska.Language can point us toward the Mystery.. But language pales and fails compared to the revelations of the natural world pointing us toward the Mystery..toward the something unknown doing we know not what in the words of the Nobel physicist Eddington.
Albert Einstein said it equally well that if you cannot stand in wonder and awe before the Mystery of the creation you are already as good as dead.
