Federal judge cancels upcoming Apple, Motorola trial

Federal judge Richard Posner on Thursday cancelled Apples upcoming patent infringement trial against Motorola Mobility, Bloomberg reported. Apple had asserted that several of Motorolas Android phones infringe on four of Apples patents, and Motorola accused Apple of infringing one of its mobile patents.
