Paris Hilton's youngest brother, 18-year-old Conrad, was arrested Friday evening after testing positive for marijuana, which as you may remember, is a violation of his probation for a previous weed-related arrested!

Not too smart!

Especially because he has to wait to be released from custody until he sees a judge - and he most likely won't be able to do that until tomorrow!
