Bodog Poker leaving 20 Countries very soon
Bodog is one of the oldest and most successful names in the gaming community. However, theyve been making a number of strange moves lately in hopes of evading anti-online poker laws and maximizing profits. The creation of Bovada Poker was one of these moves since Bodog wanted to exit the US market, and the Kahnawake Gaming Commission wanted to take over their operation under Bovada.
Now Bodog Poker has chosen to exit 20 different countries as announced by several emails sent by the company. The jest of the emails is that Bodog was trying to expand too rapidly, and they felt the need to scale back in order to operate where they were most profitable. Countries that will no longer be able to use Bodog come September 1st, 2012 include the following:
