Samsung Chromebook Review ($249 ARM-based model)

The Samsung Chromebook XE303 is one of the thinnest, lightest, and least expensive laptops available today. Its the third Chromebook from Samsung, which means its a laptop designed to run Googles Chrome OS operating system. The $249 laptop is also the first Chromebook to feature an ARM-based chip instead of an Intel processor, and one of the first devices ofany sort to be powered by an ARM Cortex-A15 processor.

Thats a lot of superlatives. But heres the bottom line. The new Samsung Chromebook is remarkably light, surprisingly responsive, and offers a pretty great laptop experience if you dont mind an operating system that only really runs one app: a web browser.
