Choosing our honeymoon proved to be a very difficult task for us. While Mr. Jet and I do have very similar ideas about how we wanted to spend our honeymoon, the options seemed nearly limitless and trying to narrow me down to anything should be an Olympic sport.

We figured we should choose somewhere in the Caribbean, since it wouldnt be more than a five to six hour flight to most places from Boston and the weather would be really warm in October. We were a go until we realized that were hitting the tail end of hurricane season in most of the Caribbean. Oops.

For his 2014 resort collection, Calvin Klein designer Francisco Costa remained fascinated with putting a new spin on that modern minimalism, the style thats so synonymous with the Calvin Klein aesthetic. Fitting, as the designer has just collaborated with famed minimalist artist Ellsworth Kelly to reinterpret a color block dress the artist created in 1952. It seems Costas work with Kelly has inspired this latest, distinctly cerebral (and stomach baring!) collection.

that is the questionwhich Mr. Waterfall and I have debated way too much over the course of our engagement. Guys, this is much worse than the Great Chiavari Battle!

Remember my wedding vision that Ive had since I was a little girl? Yeah, that one. It didnt include satin or taffeta; it included tulle, layers upon layers of tulle. And while most of my wedding vision has evolved beyond my five-year-old self, that particular element has remained constant. Sure, I can appreciate the beauty of lace, chiffon, and organza, but I dream of tulle!

One small problem: Mr. Ws vision did NOT include tulle, at all. As in, he hates tulle as much as he hates Chiavaris! Maybe more!

What was the one thing about your venue that made you know it was the one?

The venue felt incredibly warm and intimate. We live out of state, but wanted to have our wedding in Georgia so that my grandparents would be able to attend. When we visited the location, the wood, brick, and lighting gave it a romantic and intimate feel, which is what I was looking for. Although Monroe is a bit out of the way in what was already a destination wedding, we felt the venue was worth it. We got a lot of feedback from guests that the venue, combined with the personal touches and toasts of the wedding, all lent an intimate and warm atmosphere, where guests truly felt they held a special part of our lives.
