The comet show is still not over! Early on May 16, 2013, astrophotographer Chris Schur from central Arizona was able to see two comets at once, Comet PANSTARRS AND Comet Lemmon. We set up on our 14 foot tall balcony observing pad and was able to get the very low Comet Lemmon as it rose in the eastern sky, Chris told Universe Today via email. While PANSTARRS was up high by 2:30am, we had to wait until 3:30 before we could try Lemmon.

In 2007, the Supreme Court ruled in Mass v. EPA that CO2 qualifies as a pollutant under the Clean Air Act.
In 2009, EPA issued an endangerment finding that deemed CO2 a threat to public health. Once those two things happened, a cascading series of of legal obligations was set into motion.

President Obama tries to rebound from the IRS scandal by sacking the acting IRS Commissioner Steven T. Miller. Not even remotely good enough. Miller was set to leave that post next month anyway (and he isnt departing until then anyway) so this is absolutely meaningless. He also didnt even become Commissioner of the IRS until after the November election; well after the IRS started to harass conservative groups. There is a narrative being spun that it was two rogue IRS employees in Cincinnati who thought up the idea in 2010.
