Theres a couple of well-known versions of Psycho Killer already out there: the studio version which appeared on The Talking Heads debut albumTalking Heads 77,and the live version from the 1984 live concert film Stop Making Sense,where Byrne brings out a boombox, announces to the crowd, I have a tape I want to play, and goes into an acoustic version of the song. Now, theres one more to add to the list.

According to the AV Club (via Dazed Digital), this version of Psycho Killer was recorded with singer/songwriter and, as evidenced on the track, noted cellist Arthur Russell. This particular version of the song will be included in a selection of previously unreleased Arthur Russell material, premiering at an exhibition in Detroit this Saturday. The Vans Old Skool just dropped in original colorways as part of a collection of Off the Wall classics. Opposite the Old Skool were a couple of Palm Leaf Eras, one of which you could strip the pink graphics from and arrive at the same color scheme as this new drop. Prior to that, this fragment design x Uniform Experiment teamup had crafted a Solar Soft Sandal, and they must have liked the result because heres another summer sneaker with the same sole stuff. The F.C.R.B. x Nike Solarsoft Waffle Cruiser will arrive at FCRB retailers this Saturday, May 25th in a couple of colorways that are similar to some seen on the Solarsoft smash hit Roshe Run. You might not be able to get your hands on these here in the States, so that exclusivity along with a $58 pricetag means these will go fast.

Inhofe, of course, believes his state deserves those resources, even though he voted down aid to Hurricane Sandy victims. On MSNBC, Chris Jansing confronted Inhofe about his calling the Sandy aid bill a slush fund, and the brazen right-winger insisted the two issues shouldnt be linked.

Lets look at that, that was totally different, Inhofe told Jansing. They were getting things for instance that was supposed to be in New Jersey, they had things in the Virgin Islands, they were fixing roads there, they were putting roofs on houses in Washington, D.C.; everyone was getting in and exploiting the tragedy taking place. Next month, Montreal producer/multi-instrumentalist Jacques Greene will drop his new EP, On Your Side. Youve already heard the elastic Quicksand, and now Greene has leaked the title track, which features guest vocals from Tom Krell (aka How To Dress Well).

The track wrapsKrells intimate and conversational vocals around throbbing stop-start beats, half-buried synth lines, and subtle vocal samples that wouldnt feel out of place getting spins on some chrome-plated dance floor in the not-too-distant future.

Nike Air Force 1 Low “Hologram”

The hologram look seems prepped to be a salient one in Nike Sportswears catalog moving forward. No doubt the most eye-popping is of course the Nike Vis Zoom Hyperlight Hologram. Toning the theme down a fair amount is this, a Nike Air Force 1 Low creation that goes all lenticular on us via the mid panel and the heel tab. Aside from that its a very muted affair, mixing in a steely set of greys and blacks. Over 300 Tea Party protesters turned out for the rally against IRS harassment and intimidation.

Tea Party protesters at the St. Louis-Town and Country IRS protest today wore targets on their backs.
