Penelope Cruz: San Sebastian Film Festival!

Penelope Cruz attends a photo call for her film Twice Born (Venuto al Mondo) during the 60th San Sebastian International Film Festival on Tuesday (September 25) at the Kursaal Palace in San Sebastian, Spain.

Earlier in the day, the 38-year-old actress waved to fans as she arrived at the festival.
